The Rochester City Scholars program is getting ready to celebrate its first graduating class. The program began in 2010, with 27 RCSD students getting a full ride to RIT. 21 will graduate on time, with plans to become lawyers, scientists, and engineers.
Guest in the hour include: RIT President Destler and Rebecca Johnson of RIT. Kaneesha Dukes also joins us; she’s a graduating student.
In the second half-hour, Candice Baldwin of RIT, is joined by graduating students Tim Reed and Karbara Maxey.
