You might've seen the billboard: the Simon Games are coming. So what are the Simon Games? They were designed by the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester to get real ideas moving forward in the business world. Participants are, essentially, playing the role of CEO for their own firm, in charge of marketing, business decisions, and more.
