Rochester school board president Van White joins us to respond to Mayor Lovely Warren's push for a new way of handling troubled schools. The mayor wants a separate district for schools in receivership, with the mayor helping select the people to take control (as mentioned in her State of the City address, and on her Connections appearance). White has said this would be divisive, and he wants the district to remain unified.
