The Puerto Rican Festival is coming up, and we preview the events. We also talk to the Rochester Police Department about its collaboration with festival organizers, who stress that disruptions in recent years have come after the festival, and often involve people who didn't even attend the festival. Still, they're working to make sure the events are safe, and that when the festival ends, the community isn't intentionally disorderly. They'd rather focus on the food, the traditions, the fun -- and we'll do plenty of that, too.
