How much should journalists rely on anonymous sources? Every organization treats this issue with its own standards. There is not a single rule or guideline. Some newsrooms are weighing whether to scrap reporting if no sources will go on the record. Our guests: Gary Craig , reporter for the Democrat & Chronicle Nilan Lovelace, reporter for Open Mic Rochester Melissa Balmain , English instructor at the University of Rochester, and a working journalist for nearly 30 years
