On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that government workers who choose not to join a union cannot be charged for the cost of collective bargaining. Our guests will discuss: Harry Bronson, Assemblyman for the 138 th District Carrie Andrews, regional staff director for NYSUT Ken Girardin, policy analyst for the Empire Center
